In addition, we can provide comprehensive Child Mental Health training courses, SEND wellbeing training as well as consultancy on whole school approaches to embedding wellbeing and emotional health all tailored to your setting.

Child Mental Health courses cover a wide range of issues giving a greater understanding of the role of all school staff in improving the mental health and wellbeing of their students. These courses develop adults’ confidence and skills to effectively support children and young people improve their wellbeing, resilience and positive mental health. Topics include anxiety, managing exam stress, trauma, eating disorders and depression.
Resilience Workshops sessions concentrate on showing how developing their strengths and coping strategies can contribute to pupils’ improved confidence and greater resilience. These workshops are targeted at staff who work directly with pupils as well as parents offering practical strategies proven to impact resilience.
